About The Role

Located in Thomastown and reporting to the Director of Operations, you will add significant value by:
Creating an environment that is welcoming and friendly
Responding to phone inquiries promptly, courteously and with energy
Managing the front desk and greeting customers and clients
Managing inbox and forwarding messages
Directing calls, taking messages and following up with the relevant people
Collecting and opening mail daily and distributing accordingly
Booking and coordinating meetings and food catering
Selection Criteria

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have the following;
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Outstanding customer service skills
Previous reception experience will be highly regarded
