•Processing staffing requests, and ensuring all documentation is validated and finalized
•Preparing documents such as job postings and job descriptions
•Notifying applicants of results
•Participating in the screening of employment candidates by conducting reference checks, obtaining further information or verifying information in resumes, identifying discrepancies in the information collected
•Assist clients in resolving issues
•Scanning documents and filing in an electronic filing system.
•Working with Excel and MS Word to update spreadsheets and extract data for reports, verifying and validating information.
•Creating files; ensuring all documents are received from clients, preparing letters of offer and correspondence for signature based on prepared templates.
•Responding to general inquiries from candidates, HR Officers, and clients managers.
•Entering Data in HRMS/PeopleSoft; sending the proper documentation to compensation.
•Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to resolve issues and close files.
