Skills & Qualifications:

Working alongside our product and design teams from concept to delivery
Prioritizing and empathizing with client needs/requirements and understanding how your work contributes to the larger project and business needs
Taking ownership of large, complex projects with a focus on performance and quality
5+ years of professional development experience with financial systems
Ruby on Rails experience with large transactional systems
Experience with relational database design and SQL
Experience with semantic HTML5, CSS, and Java script (an asset)
