We just recently opened a new office in Brampton, On!
We are looking for motivated, passionate candidates to help expand our operation in the Brampton and Mississauga area.
There are a couple different positions we are currently hiring for with respect to customer service, sales, and entry level management.
You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
• Cancel or upgrade accounts.
• Advise on company information.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Suggest solutions.
• Sell products and services.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Handle changes in policies or renewals.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Strong customer service skills and work ethic required, as well as access to a vehicle.
No formal education needed although sales, customer service and management experience are an asset.
